Title：Mobile Edge Computing for Internet of Things
Abstract：In this talk, we will first present the key concepts and architectures related to edge computing in the era of Internet of Things (IoT). Then, we mainly focus on edge computing for 5G, Internet of Vehicles and IoT in general. In such contexts, we will present our recent studies and experiments related to different computation offloading solutions and resource management schemes.

个人简介: 张彦，现任挪威奥斯陆大学信息工程学院终身正教授 (Full Professor)， 博士生导师。2005年毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学 (Nanyang Technological University, Singapore) 获得电子电器工程博士学位。张彦教授近期主要研究方向为下一代通信网络和绿色智能物联网等。现任IEEE Communications Magazine的副编辑; IEEE Transactions on Green Communications and Networking的编辑; IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials的编辑；IEEE Internet of Things的编辑；IEEE Vehicular Technology Magazine的编辑；以及 IEEE ACCESS的副编辑。多次担任国际学术会议的技术委员会主席或分会主席，如IEEE GLOBECOM 2017、IEEE VTC-Spring 2017、IEEE PIMRC 2016、IEEE CloudCom 2016/2015、IEEE SmartGridComm 2015等。现担任IEEE绿色通信与计算技术委员会副主席；以及智能电网分委会主席。
